GoingUp I recently took a test and then upgraded to full version. Although I was pretty layout with ease of installation and the dashboard, which impressed the positive end.
I tried to put in the basket for a couple of days for accepting my payment information. It took about five days for him to accept my good paper, and I received no help from the media. After trying a couple of days, finally discover billing support via email and screenshots of what was wrong, but for the momentfinally accepted the card. Going up I would never call or retrieve a number, even if I go for information requested many times.
Once updated, I was surprised to discover that the number of keywords that I could wing was limited to 10. Nowhere on the site, there is an indication of what in the upgrade and expansion beyond the size of the log file for the amount of information necessary to enroll and including the number of sites that can be monitored. There is a manual for the do-it-yourself helpand since it is obviously new, the forum has no posts. This FAQ is empty essently and offers no help.
There is no customer support ever. There is an e-mail support and a form of feedback, but they are not responding. The quickest response I received when I finally sent the same request about 40 times and the answer was to say she was rude to their spam.
As I said before, the scripts can be easily installed, and you have the choiceJavascript, PHP and HTML tags. There are two monitoring sites, but after a few days, the second generates an error in the system Goingup and was not covered everything. He said, "old data" and maintenance ". In general, I think Goingup has potential and has the best layout of all systems anylytics I checked. Unfortunately, the lack of support is probably not practical for me. Moreover, restrictions on the number of keywords to see without paying through the nose length is a major disadvantage. I see so much potential for this system are rather disappointed that I can not see a way in thiswork time to do it for me.
